We act for private clients and investors across property acquisition, leasing, asset management and investment strategy, often working with clients on a long-term basis across multiple properties and investments.
Sport & Entertainment Clients
Through our background in professional sport and athlete representation, we advise professional athletes and high-performance individuals on property acquisition, investment and asset management, and can also assist with commercial opportunities, negotiations and long-term planning.
International Clients
We work with overseas clients acquiring, managing and disposing of property in the UK and can act as a local representative for international owners and investors. We are able to communicate in Japanese, Turkish and Spanish and regularly assist clients who require a trusted advisor based in the UK.
